Print on Print
I wanted to try something different during the Philippine Fashion Week so I decided to do floral print on print peg. I somehow knew I was gonna be different since most attendees of the show wear dark colors.
Tim Yap wore a floral top and yellow jeans, so we had the same peg!

Chick Flick PRIVATE SALE 2
I was able to participate in the latest private sale by Chick Flick Collection and can you imagine how much prices of the shoes were? From 1,200+ Pesos it went down to 700+ Pesos! Amazing! Twenty-nine girls participated at the online private sale and I’m thinking of what could they have ordered? All the pieces that was posted there looked fabulous and I can’t even think of what to choose myself.
These are the shoes I got:
It’s one of the best sales I have been on. I got these black thick-heeled pumps which I can wear everyday especially in the office.

Watermelon Dreams
May 11 marks the date of our church event entitled UNWIND.The perfect way to unwind after a long stressful week without drinking, smoking and clubbing—-just my thing.

The crossroads band played music that was soothing and relaxing that’s why I was really able to forget about stress from work.
The event took place at The Big Plate Restaurant, and believe me, they have great food.

Restaurant located at Caltex Station Ave. cor Elizalde St., BF Homes, Paranaque | Contact Nos.: 659-1234 or 836-3832

We were also given an inspirational message by our life coach, Mr. Jeff Layugan.
Here’s what I wore:

Dress: From Hong Kong | Blazer: From Hong Kong | Shoes: Janeo

Belt: Copper

Here are some cute photos taken with Akeem, my baby loves.

And of course the real BABY I love, Ethan Gabriel.

It’s been a long time since I last attended a church event and I can say that I really missed this. Good friends, great food, accompanied by great music, a Friday night well spent.

ZALORA Grand Launch

I was lucky enough to be invited to the ZALORA grand launch last May 9, 2012 at the Skyle Lounge, Fort Bonifacio. I’m not really a party girl since I’d rather go for clean fun-no drinking, smoking and clubbing, but I wanted to grab the opportunity of meeting other bloggers who’d be attending the event. Event call time was 8:00 pm, unfortunately me and my friend Louise came super (S-U-P-E-R) late! We didn’t get to see the other bloggers such as Kryz, Lissa, Laureen, Aisa and Kookie.
What I wore at the event:

I didn’t have decent outfit shots since I didn’t bring a camera. (Most of the photos here were grabbed from different blog posts)

Dress: COPPER | Necklace: Bubbles | Shoes: Janeo

Event host: Sara Meier

Photo with my newly found blogger friend, Julie Ann of It’s a Girl Thing and my all time sister, Louise Laqui

Also met Rovie of The Bargain Doll

Fashion bloggers Kryz Uy, Laureen Uy, Lissa Kahayon and Patricia Prieto

Also bloggers of fashion, Verniece and Vern Enciso

Was able to chit chat with a blogger friend, who was supposed to be my date for the night, Kat Valdez of Fashyown Dreams
Voila! The best part of the night was getting these GC’s. I got four, each one worth P500! Will be shopping soon for shoes and clothes!!♥

Photos grabbed from: Kat Valdez , Rovie, Julie Ann and ZALORA Facebook page

It was another opportunity for me to do a collaboration with Ms Lowe and create a make-up portfolio displaying her make-up abilities in four categories: Wedding, Debut, Everyday and Evening make-up.
Here are the shots for the evening make-up in bohemian style:
Model: Hazel Peralta, yours truly

Dress, Accessories and Shoes: Chick Flick Collection

I have always been a fan of dark eye make-ups since I know that it highlights my deep set eyes. A requirement for any evening date, event or just a simple night out I believe is still to look fresh, simple and made up (you don’t want to be looking pale for a date, you know what I mean). But you don’t have to overdo it as well! Dark eyes, peach cheeks and a nude or light pink tint lipstick is the perfect look I’d go for during night outs.

These are some of the items I’d use to create an evening make up. During rush hours where you need to prepare in just a few minutes, BB ceam, cream eyeliner, mascara and lippy will do (well that works for me). You don’t really have to be an expert in doing make-up, we all have techniques and we can develop that over time. Hey! Try to look at yourself in the mirror, study your face, practice applying make-up, sooner or later that I-have-to-do-make-up-again-but-I-don’t-know-how syndrome will be forgotten.
Bloggers United Strikes Three!
